Study workflow: prediction of Aspergillus occurrence and abundance from environmental and microbiome data. Five modeling approaches were evaluated across three prediction tasks and three predefined predictor configurations using matched resampling, followed by performance assessment and complementary interpretation with SHAP values and PySR predictor recurrence.
